My guess is you don't have a sequence (in the timeline) yet.
Drag your footage to the timeline to create a sequence, then you can delete that footage from the sequence and start from where you are in the original post.

Okay, i got the reference point/anchor showing but now it's not behaving as it would in the past .
If i wanted to stretch an overlay but 'anchor' part of that overlay to a certain part of the image I'd just put that reference point where I want that part of the overlay to stay and then press the 'alt' key while using the transform tools to stretch the rest of the overlay layer.
Now when you press the alt button after setting your reference point it just resizes the overlay layer in constrained form. If I switch to the shift key with the reference point in place it just stretches freely but it ignores the reference point anchor I placed. Do you know what the accompanying key to set the reference point is now or if there's another method adobe wants you to use now?

Signature keeps spinning
As of 10.26.2018 I can not open my signature. It keeps spinning. I have updated to the latest version. I have restarted. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Adobe. When I sign out I can sign just fine. When I sign in there is a never ending circle.

Re: Can't render anything from Premiere or AME
Honestly if over clocking my cpu is going to give me issues with adobe that I don't have when I tried Avid (on this same PC) or Davinci, I'm going to have to just go with an alternative. The initial performance boost I saw with my o.c. is too valuable to give up because Premiere doesn't like it.
That said, I understand that Adobe requires 4GB for VRam if you use hardware acceleration but I don't. The only requirement for Video Card in the sections that apply to me is a 32-bit video card and I can safely check that box.
That being said I was able to finally render the video. I cleared the media cache through the preferences in adobe and it didn't work, however when I followed the instructions I found on another post with a similar issue, to go in to the cache files themselves and delete all of them, it did allow me to render.

I see the the original darken after a small pause in the Develop module, but the Basic panel settings don't change. What do the underexposed full-size original images look like in the Library module? I'm just wondering if Standard or 1:1 Previews are rebuilt does that fix the issue?

Re: Bridge CC 2019 freezes
Same problem. I accessed a folder on our server through Bridge, and drag-copied many photos from my downloads folder to the folder on the server in the Bridge window. It seems to copy them, but I have to force quit and reopen if I want to click on any of them and to view.

From your recent post, they have access to the licensing and installation files you need.
Please also be aware that only individuals with the Staff badge work for Adobe. If you receive a request from someone trying to establish a Skype session, then they do not work for Adobe. This is a quite fruitless discussion, as the subscription model is quite successful. There was only one price increase since its existance. Its, however, a different discussion if a price is correct or to high. I still own an iPhone 6+.There is no relation between a telephone and the software system. Do not compare Apple with Adobe. Apple is very often a « I want it » phenomena as Adobe is a « I need it » situation.
But anyway prices are not decided on an engineering level, and as this discussions are good for a while, arguments wear out.
Adobe is successful. As long as Adobe is successful Adobe will not change the strategy. And this is a purly commercial decision.

Yes my version/build is the most current found on Adobe's download site (Download Adobe Captivate free trial | Adobe Captivate (2019 release) ).
The process is to download the file from here and log in with my Adobe credentials.
After more troubleshooting the main issue I'm experiencing is that I CANNOT RECORD A VIDEO DEMO. I CAN however create a Video simulation.
*I can perform all other functions in Captivate 2019 EXCEPT the record video demo function. That is when I get the "Adobe Captivate has stopped working" message."
*Since I now have isolated the issue further, I'll create a new post here and hope to get some answers.

Need version 12.1.1
Hello, I need to install Premiere Pro version 12.1.1 on a new computer for my wife. This is the version they are using at school for a project and what she has on her old Windows PC at home. She is a creative cloud subscriber but the CC application does not give us the option to install 12.1.1. We could either install 12.1.4 (the lastest), or under "manage", only 12.1.2 was listed (as well as some 11.x.x versions). Considering how poorly Premiere handles projects between dot releases, it's of course only practical to use the exact same version when working on a project with multiple computers.
So Adobe, where can we get the installer for 12.1.1? It was there a few weeks ago and now it's gone. The school is not going to upgrade in the middle of a semester, so this is the needed version.

Mac Lightroom 8.0 edit in Photoshop 20.0.0 not working
Hello,
I upgraded to the latest version of Lightroom Classic and Photoshop CC yesterday and in spite of all of my best efforts, I can not get edit in photoshop to work with images that are stored on an external hard drive.
Here are the things I have tried to fix it and so far none of them have worked.
Reset the plist in photoshop.
Adobe Cleaner tool to get rid of any old installs
Adobe cleaner to get rid of LR and PS (the latest version)
Installing the latest versions again
Using ps_picker.lrdevplugin to tell Lightroom where to look for photoshop
Disabling and trashing time machine backups
I am not working with smart previews and the use graphic processor is not checked in the preferences.
Here is my system info if it helps.
Mac OS High Sierra 10.13.6
Imac (retina 5K. 27 inch 2017
Processor 4.2 GHz Intel Core i7
Memory 32 GB 2400 MHz DDR4
Graphics Radeon Pro 580 8192 MB
I can open an image that is stored on my mac's internal drive, but because I am a professional photographer with 30TB of raw images that I work from I have to use an external system to store them. I create a new catalog for each shoot and store the catalogs on my internal hardrive.
Is there something I am missing? And how can I get back to the prior versions of LR Classic and PS CC if I can not resolve this issue.

Similar question was asked a couple of weeks ago. Will try to repeat my answer.
First of all: is this the 'same' avator on all slides, or do you have different images of the same avatar?
If it is the same avatar image after choosing one, just change its timing to 'Rest of Project', and put it always on top.
If you need different images of the same avatar, replace your advanced action by a shared action with parameters.
